Run one company.
Think as one system.
Demand, production, procurement, logistics and finance make linked weekly decisions in sequence. Every hand-off changes service, cash, backlog, carbon and the shared score.
Instructor launch
Start the reliable one-device demo, or create a live phone room from the deployed Lab.
This eight-week class runs as one continuous Scenario 2 session.
Early Submit opens the next team immediately. At zero, the last valid values lock automatically.
For a live class, ON lets a bot play any team with no students. Human teams still make their own decisions.
The demo works from this file with no server. Each team calls out its decisions and the instructor enters them on this screen.
Recommended team plan
Balanced automatically from today’s class size.
Join your executive team
The first member to join becomes Team Lead. Only that Lead submits.
Cloud Surge Challenge
Five functional teams, one shared company score.
Executive readiness
One team opens at a time. Green teams have submitted and locked their decision.
Performance trajectory
Shared score and service level by simulated week.

About this game
The concept
A supply chain is one system with several decision-makers. Demand, production, procurement, logistics and finance each optimise their own week, and the hand-offs between them decide service, cash, backlog and carbon far more than any single choice.
How it works
Roles decide in sequence each week. Every decision updates a shared state that the next role inherits, and one composite score rewards service and cash while penalising backlog and emissions. Run the one-device demo or host a live room where each phone plays a role.
Winning strategy
Agree the plan before the week starts, keep production close to real demand rather than to forecasts alone, and watch cash: a full order book financed by overdue payables loses to a smaller book that stays liquid.
