End-to-End Chain Game

You run the entire company for 8 weeks - source raw materials, produce, ship, and sell against uncertain demand. Every stage's output feeds the next; every dollar lands in one cumulative score. Watch out: the week-5 promo doubles demand - pre-build or lose the shelf. Flip Turn-based ON to play stage-by-stage (relay), or OFF to commit the whole week at once.

About this game

End-to-End Supply Chain Coordination

The concept

One firm, four functions: sourcing, production, distribution and sales share ONE profit line - local optima fight each other.

How it works

Each week your raw order feeds production, production feeds shipping, shipping feeds the shelf that meets random demand.

Winning strategy

Plan backwards from demand: shelf → trucks → factory → supplier. Pre-build before the promo spike; a full truck beats a fast one.

profit = revenue − raw − production − trucks − lost sales − holding
End-to-endS&OPCoordinationRelay vs central planning
Teaching moment: play the same 8 weeks turn-based vs whole-week - the relay usually earns less. Local, sequential decisions are exactly how silos destroy value.
